Why the profile matters
Creator Mode injects your Creator Profile into normal prompts. It includes channel/account name, niche, primary platform, audience, tone, and past-work samples. This is how Lumo starts from your own voice instead of a generic creator template.
What to fill in
The profile editor currently supports: • Channel / account name • Content niche • Primary platform • Target audience • Tone • Past work examples
Past work samples
You can paste or import 1-3 past scripts or long posts. Lumo accepts .srt, .vtt, .txt, and .md files, strips subtitle formatting, and caps each sample to keep prompts manageable.
Current implementation caps imported files at 2 MB and prompt samples at about 4000 characters each.
How it affects new drafts
When you send a normal prompt in Creator Mode, Lumo adds creator workflow rules and profile context before the prompt. Slash-command Skill calls keep their own Skill flow, so use the profile for general creator requests and Skills for repeatable deliverables.
Choose samples that represent your current voice
Use samples you would still be comfortable publishing today. A strong set usually includes one high-performing piece, one piece that represents your normal rhythm, and one piece close to the format you are preparing next. Avoid adding every old draft, because too many mixed examples make the next script less focused.
Refresh the profile when your positioning changes
Update the profile when your audience, content niche, main platform, or tone changes. You do not need to rewrite everything after each post; update it when a new series, platform, or audience segment becomes the new default.
Use the profile together with project context
The profile gives Lumo your standing voice and audience. The current project still needs its own topic, reference material, platform target, deadline, and constraints. For example, use the profile to keep the tone consistent, then attach a brief or calendar entry to define what this specific piece should do.
Common profile issues
If drafts feel generic, add a stronger past sample and a narrower audience description. If drafts copy old wording too closely, replace the sample with a more representative one and ask for a fresh structure. If drafts miss platform conventions, set the primary platform and mention the target platform again in the task.
