Usage is cost-weighted by the model in use and restores as activity ages out of the 5-hour and 7-day rolling windows. Image generation is BYOK (Gemini). Paid billing is completed through Stripe.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open the browser-based billing portal from your Lumo account to change or cancel your plan. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
What's included in the free plan?
Free includes a starter AI allowance with rolling usage limits. Upgrade to Pro for more capacity, or Max for four times Pro usage.
How do I subscribe?
Choose Pro or Max from your Lumo account, then complete the subscription checkout in your browser.
Is my data private?
Mac workspaces are local-first. Cloud Agent stores its separate cloud workspace, sessions, and artifacts. AI features may send selected context to the service in use; see the Privacy Policy for details.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card payments, processed securely by Stripe.
What do the rolling 5-hour and 7-day windows mean?
Agent usage is limited over two moving windows: a short 5-hour window for burst work, and a longer 7-day window for sustained load. As older usage ages out of each window, capacity becomes available again. Limits are cost-weighted by the model in use, so heavier models consume allowance faster.
Which plan should I choose?
Start on Free to try calendar proposals, research, scripts, and Skills on real work. Choose Pro if you use Lumo most weeks. Choose Max when you run intensive multi-session or multi-project weeks and need about four times Pro capacity.
Are Cloud Agent and image generation included?
Paid plans unlock higher Agent capacity used by Cloud and desktop workflows. Image generation uses your own Gemini API key (BYOK); provider-side image costs are billed by Google according to your key, separate from Lumo subscription capacity.
