Account access
The settings surface includes Lumo Cloud sign-in, subscription/plan information where enabled, redeem codes, and provider selection. Some controls can vary by build and plan.
Model provider
Lumo can use the active provider configured for the runtime. Builds may expose official Claude, Lumo Cloud routing, preset providers, or custom endpoints depending on access.
Media and image settings
YouTube settings manage Groq ASR configuration and subtitle preferences. Voice settings choose local Whisper ONNX or remote transcription. Image generation settings manage Gemini access when enabled.
Permissions
Permission settings control how tool requests are handled: ask for each action, auto-approve safer reads, or allow broader access. Protected paths and saved permission rules can be reviewed from settings.
Use broader permission modes only when you understand the workspace and the task.
Check account and plan first
If a feature is unavailable, start with account state: whether you are signed in, whether the current build exposes that control, and whether the selected provider or plan supports the requested action.
Separate model settings from media settings
The model provider handles general assistant work. YouTube ASR, voice transcription, and image generation can have their own settings. If script generation works but transcripts fail, check media configuration instead of changing the main model provider first.
Choose permission mode by workspace risk
Interactive permission mode is a good default for unfamiliar projects or sensitive materials. Broader approval can be useful in a trusted workspace with repetitive safe actions. Review protected paths before allowing a task to write, move, or delete files.
Troubleshoot from the surface that failed
For account issues, check sign-in and account state. For transcript issues, check YouTube settings and source link. For voice issues, check voice mode and microphone permission. For image or cover issues, check image generation settings, source files, and whether the Artifact is a cover-editor payload.
