The workspace around the Agent is now on your phone
The first version of Lumo for iPhone and iPad made it possible to start a Cloud Agent or connect to a Mac on the same local network. That brought the conversation and its outputs to mobile.
iOS 1.1 takes the next step. Instead of treating mobile as a single session screen, it turns the app into a place where you can see the work around every session: schedules, artifacts, Skills, connections, and settings.
Lumo iOS 1.1 is now available on the App Store. Update or download the app from our download page to use the workspace hub, cross-project schedules and artifacts, Cloud handoff, and Remote Mac.
One hub for the work you need to check
The new mobile workspace adds dedicated places for the parts of a creator system that should remain easy to find:
- •Schedule brings content calendar items together across projects.
- •Artifacts collects saved outputs so a useful result does not disappear inside a conversation.
- •Skills keeps repeatable creator workflows within reach.
- •Connections makes it clear which workspace you are using and how it is connected.
- •Settings puts account, privacy, and workspace controls in one predictable place.
This changes the role of the app. A phone is no longer only where you send the next prompt. It becomes a compact dashboard for deciding what should happen next.
Move between Cloud and Mac without losing the shape of the work
iOS 1.1 supports three paths, each for a different situation.

Remote Mac access is the important addition here. When your Mac is online and configured for remote access, the mobile app can reconnect across networks instead of requiring both devices to share the same Wi-Fi. Local pairing remains available, and Cloud Agent remains the independent option when no Mac should be involved.
The modes stay explicit because their boundaries matter. Cloud work is processed in the managed cloud workspace. Mac work remains attached to the environment and files available on your computer.
See calendars and artifacts across projects
Creator work rarely stays inside one conversation. A publishing date may belong to one project, while the script, cover brief, and research notes live in several others.
The new Schedule and Artifacts views are designed around that reality. You can scan calendar items across projects, open the relevant workspace, and find saved outputs without remembering which session produced them.
An artifact selected from a Mac workspace can also be continued in Lumo Cloud. The handoff creates a deliberate next step rather than pretending two independent workspaces are one automatically synchronized drive.
Faster navigation, more reliable handoffs
Much of the work in 1.1 is intentionally hard to notice. Workspace switches are fenced so an older request cannot overwrite the workspace you just selected. Authentication refresh, composer actions, reconnects, and relayed server events are coordinated to avoid duplicated or out-of-order updates.
In practical terms, that means:
- •the workspace hub responds more smoothly;
- •switching between Cloud and Mac is less likely to show stale state;
- •relayed events are deduplicated;
- •active sessions and handoffs recover more safely after reconnecting;
- •sign-out cleanly disconnects the Cloud workspace.
Reliability is part of the product experience. A mobile workspace is only useful when the screen you return to still represents the decision you made.
What stays under your control
Remote access does not silently expose every file on your Mac. The Mac must be online, remote access must be available, and Lumo still applies the permission checkpoints of the selected workspace.
Cloud Agent is separate. Only add material appropriate for cloud processing, especially when working with unreleased or client-owned content. Read the Lumo Privacy Policy for the current data boundaries and deletion options.
Availability
iOS 1.1 is available now and requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Open the App Store from our download page to install or update Lumo.
